Bon Vino Enoteca
Maltby Street, London
A hidden gem that not a lot of people know about. Bon Vino Enoteca is nestled in Maltby Street Market. It’s a wine shop, but they have a wood-fired oven installed just outside, and they make some of the most delicious Neopolitan-style pizzas we’ve had in London, alongside a selection of excellent Italian wines of which our favourite is the Primitivo from Puglia.
L'antica pizzeria da Michele
Soho and Marylebone
A branch of the legendary Naples establishment, which has been delighting palates since 1870, this London outpost remains unwaveringly committed to the traditions and artistry of its origins. Walking into Antica Pizzeria da Michele, you’re instantly enveloped by the aromatic symphony of bubbling tomato sauce, melting cheese, and perfectly charred dough, all prepared with meticulous attention to detail.

50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo Pizzeria
Charring Cross
Bridging the gap between Naples and London (we can say this with authority as we’ve experienced the Naples restaurant too), 50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo is more than just a pizzeria – it's a celebration of Neapolitan pizza craftsmanship. Led by the acclaimed pizzaiolo, Ciro Salvo, this establishment stands out in London's vibrant pizza scene with its reverence for traditional techniques underpinned by modern flair.
As you step into 50 Kalò, the ambient hum of diners and the fiery dance of the wood-fired oven set the stage. Each pizza, boasting a perfectly leavened crust, harmonious toppings, and that characteristic Neapolitan soft center, is a testament to Salvo's dedication to authenticity and quality.
Homeslice
Marylebone and Neals’s Yard in Soho
In the sprawling tapestry of London's dynamic pizza landscape, Homeslice carves its own niche by offering both a nod to tradition and a wink at contemporary tastes. From its inception, Homeslice has always been about reimagining the classic pizza wheel, crafting generously sized 20-inch pizzas that pair time-honoured ingredients with innovative combinations.
The result? Flavours that surprise and delight in every bite. Each outlet emanates a warm, rustic charm, making it the perfect backdrop for devouring slices with friends and loved ones. With a commitment to sourcing high-quality local produce, Homeslice ensures that while their approach might be modern, the heart behind each pizza remains as genuine as the oldest trattorias of Italy. It's a place where old-world craftsmanship meets the adventurous spirit of the London culinary scene.
The only place we get a white pizza (the mushroom and ricotta with truffle glaze)
They sell pizza by the slice to take away
1 pizza is enough to share between 2 people and they can make half and half toppings
Rudy’s
Soho, Canary Wharf
In the ever-thriving pizza panorama of London, Rudy's shines with its vibrant homage to the Neapolitan tradition. Each pizza tells a story of artisanal passion, with dough hand-kneaded and slowly fermented before being adorned with top-quality ingredients and fired in traditional wood-burning ovens. This commitment to authenticity makes Rudy's not just a pizzeria but an emblem of Italy's proud gastronomic culture amidst the bustle of London.
Biancho 43
Greenwich
Bianco 43 brings a true Italian experience to the London food scene, serving pizzas that encapsulate the essence of Naples in each delicious slice. The classic decor, reminiscent of a rustic Italian trattoria, offers a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for savoring pizzas crafted with dedication and quality ingredients. Bianco 43 is more than a pizzeria; it's a cultural bridge connecting Londoners to the warmth and simplicity of authentic Italian cuisine.
Made in Italy
Chelsea (Kings Road) with a roof terrace, Battersea (Northcote Road) with an outdoor patio.
Translating the vibrant soul of Italian gastronomy into delectable pizzas, Made in Italy stands as an embodiment of culinary craftsmanship. The restaurant’s ambience exudes a distinct Mediterranean charm, harmonising perfectly with pizzas that burst with fresh, robust flavours. Here, traditional techniques meet contemporary creativity, offering a feast that satisfies both the heart and palate of pizza lovers across London.
Theo’s
Camberwell | Elephant & Castle
A modern take on classic Neopolitan pizzas. Theo’s is a vibey pizzeria in South London and serves up Neopolitan pizzas with a modern twist (fancy toppings). To be honest, we thought the main highlights from our meal here were the antipasti (croquettes in particular) and the Tiramisu.

Pizza East, a dynamic culinary hub in Shoreditch, combines a modern aesthetic with rustic pizza-making traditions. Housed in a restored warehouse, its industrial-chic vibe offers the perfect backdrop for artisanal pizzas baked in wood-fired ovens.
